With these hours a flexible schedule can be supported & discussed during our consultation.
Boot Camp Memberships: These high-intensity interval training and strength challenging camps can give you the best of both cardio and strength training in a limited amount of time, in addition to burning calories and shedding fat.
$125 — 5 days a week /Per Month Fee
Personal Training:
$225 — 3 days a week/ Per Month fee
$40 — Single Session
Prices vary depending on style of training for each unique individual.
